  2. Motus Standard Personal Training: Semi-private time in your gym with your trainer (max 1 other person training). Individuals or couples.

  3. Motus Custom: Semi Private, Small Group and Family Workouts! Inquire about details for current offerings or customizable options!

  • book ahead and come in when you'd like


  • join in for a monthly (4 week) price at a discounted session rate
  • assessment and program design
  • mix and match workouts be it 1:1, 2:1, Semi-Private or Movement Pack
  • 1:1 length varies 60min, 45min and 30min
  • custom workout package renews every 4 weeks and can be changed or canceled at any time for the subsequent month
  • workouts can be rescheduled but must be all used during the 4 week period
